Dr. Kumar Chunduri is Associate Director at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad Campus, India. He is actively overseeing the operations at Faculty Development Office and supporting faculty members in their research journey. He has gained around 24 years of studious professional experience in teaching & academic administration with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge in the higher education industry. He has obtained a doctorate in the operations & marketing domain. His academic interests include service operations, marketing, and strategy. With a stronghold on academic processes and program delivery, Kumar is sharing his expertise with a few Business Schools as a member of the Board of Studies, etc. In addition, Kumar is on the Editorial Board of around 7 International Journals. He has published a book on Service Quality Gap Analysis in Hospitals and around 4 papers in International Journals besides presenting papers in national and international conferences.
