Dr. Brajesh Kumar Jha is working as an Associate Professor of Mathematics at Pandit Deendayal Energy (Petroleum) University, Gandhinagar. He has 9 years of teaching and research experience. He previously worked at Nirma University for one and a half years. Dr. Jha has obtained his PhD in Mathematics in the year 2013 from S.V. National Institute of Technology, Surat and M.Sc in Mathematics in 2007 from Jiwaji University, Gwalior after leaving his native place Koilakh, Bihar in 2005.

His research area is modeling and simulation of calcium distribution in nerve cell under neuronal disorder condition, fractional mathematical modeling of biological problems.
