· As an Assistant Regional Officer, DAV Institutions, MP Zone - D, carrying out the Administrative, Developmental and Co-ordination Roles/functions

· As a Training Co-ordinator & Cluster Head, DAV Public Schools, Singrauli Cluster (M.P.) maintaining the quality of training in DAV Schools of the Cluster and ensuring further improvement of the standard of Academics being imparted in the Cluster Schools.

· Organized 5th Annual National Workshop on “Ramanujan’s Mathematics & its Applications” at Panna (MP) in collaboration with National Academy of Sciences India , First time in the history of Madhya Pradesh.

· Entrusted the responsibility of Coordinator of DNA Club (A Department of Biotechnology Project) for the District- Panna (MP) for a period 2012 -16.

· Nominated as Expert Committee member formed for revision of the Curriculum of Mathematics at Sr. Secondary level for National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

· Awarded with Avantika Gyan Yagya Samman (International Level) at Russian Centre of Science and Culture, New Delhi, on 29th October, 2010.

· Awarded with Avantika Silver Jubilee Award (International Level) at Hindi Bhawan, New Delhi, on 14th April 2010.

· Awarded with Avantika Sarla Chopra Memorial Samman at MDB DAV Public School, Bankura, on 19th November 2009.

· Coordinated the CSB (Selection Boards for Appointment of Teachers in Army Schools) for Seven Consecutive years for Allahabad cluster of Army Schools.

· Coordinated Faculty Enrichment Programs for various disciplines and levels for Army Schools.
